Job Description

  • Listening to customer's concerns and handling complaints and returns
  • Giving detailed explanations of services or products
  • Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints
  • Providing product and service support or technical support to customers
  • Cab facility available for night shifts (25 km radius)
  • Weekly five days of work and two days off (Rotational Week off)
