Follow the Workflow documentation like SOP’s Update tracker, Issue Log and Trend logs
Be part of all the training session to gain knowledge
Make calls to payers (insurance)
Resolve patient account claim issues
Use logical thinking to identify trends and resolve accounts
Identify payer issues, aggregate claim data for payer reprocessing and escalate complex issues to lead billing specialist
