• Responsible for recruitment of Agents, training and supporting them in the field to generate business.
• Follow-up with Branch for policy conversion: Fresh / Renewal.
• Timely training of Agents in coordination with the branch.
• Achieve monthly targets on recruitment of Agents.
• Business target completion.
