  • Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls from potential and existing customers
  • Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build Relationships through transparent and engaging communication.
  • Offer accurate and valid information about products and services.
  • Address customer complaints providing effective solutions within designated time frames, and ensuring follow-up to guarantee resolution.
  • Contact potential customers to introduce and promote products or services using provided scripts
